Technology

Our technical facilities are all located on the first floor of the historic “Franz Ehrlich House”. The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with separate temperature controls and air quality monitors. The technical equipment is, of course, in line with the very latest technology. Our mixing stages and recording studios are connected to the internet, allowing directors and clients to participate in the recording sessions wherever they are in the world.

Recording studio 1

The 38 square metre recording studio / control booth 1 is equipped with 5.1 listening devices.

Recording studio 2

Studios 2 and 3, along with their corresponding control booths, both have an area of 45 square metres with an identical layout, and as such, their acoustics are also the same. This increases our flexibility by enabling us to switch between the two studios during productions.

Recording studio 3

Studios 2 and 3, along with their corresponding control booths, both have an area of 45 square metres with an identical layout, and as such, their acoustics are also the same. This increases our flexibility by enabling us to switch between the two studios during productions.

Foley studio

Our Foley studio is 35 square metres. It contains integrated footstep platforms and doors, as well as a complete set of props.

Mixing stages 1 & 2

Mixing stage 1 is 73 square metres. Here we are able to produce mixes for cinema, home video and TV via rear projection and with DTS certification. Mixing studio 2 is set up for stereo and voice over.

Cinema mix cooperation partners

All of the studios are equipped with networked Pro Tools and Nuendo workstations. They are also connected to the internet via “word-wide wav”, allowing directors and clients to participate in the recordings from anywhere in the world without incurring any additional costs. We use Neumann microphones, Avid and Adobe image editing systems. We are very happy to answer any detailed enquiries you may have regarding this.
